Natalie has been a wonderful partner to work with. She is very communicative and helpful. The bottles worked out perfectly and we love the quality of the glass and print on them. Natalie has been helpful in answering any questions we have. They sent an initial sample first so we can see the quality of the products then we agreed on size of printing on the bottle which turned out as requested. When there was a mistake, they fixed it and sent us new ones.
